MJL Bangladesh Limited (MJLBL) is a public listed company in the downstream petroleum sector of Bangladesh engaged in blending, importing and distributing of Mobil brand lubricants of ExxonMobil. We are looking for ambitious, pro-active, self-motivated, and experienced professionals for its Sales & Marketing Department at Dhaka territory.

Location: Dhaka
Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University
Experience: 1-2-year (s) experience in relevant field is preferred. Freshers are encouraged to apply
Job Nature: Full Time

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieving planned volume target and manage both personal and team target goals to meet company’s overall annual target.
  • Assisting industrial customers & whole seller in creating mass awareness on use of quality lubricants in the territory and beyond to establish our strength over competition.
  • Analyze competitor’s strategy & behavior, business performance, product performance of each segment and prepare counter strategy reports
  • Following up with potential customers for up selling and improve the service. Monitor used oil sample as per customer basis. Guiding them according to oil analysis report from Chief Engineer
  • Supporting the technical issues of Sales Team. Organize training, lube clinic, inspection to potential industries
  • Arranging technical seminars in a year for customers to demonstrate products benefits with the aid of technical team

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Sound Knowledge on computer application
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strategic thinking, team orientation, strong analytical skills and technically sound.
  • Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics to apply in business requirements.
  • Willingness to travel around the country and work in a professional manner

Salary: Negotiable
