  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/ personnel
  • Carrying out administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents including office correspondence, memos and presentations
  • Maintaining general office files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations & performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, accounts receivable monitoring
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchase of new material with attention to budgetary specifications
  • Oversee maintenance of office equipment, furniture & other assets
  • Responsible to oversee facilities services, housekeeping and all maintenance activities
  • Managing & tracking all necessary license renewals, AMCs & Vendor Management
  • Organise and supervise other office activities and event coordination & management as & when required
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed
  • Ensure the smooth and correct flow of information within the company

  • 2+ years of experience managing administration activities
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of office management processes, facilities and related standard operating procedures
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office & MS Excel
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Bachelors in business administration or relative field
