MJL Bangladesh Limited (MJLBL) is a publicly listed company in the downstream petroleum sector of Bangladesh engaged in blending, importing, and distributing Mobil brand lubricants of ExxonMobil. We are looking for ambitious, proactive, self-motivated, and experienced professionals for its Supply Chain Department in Dhaka.
Position: Executive- Supply Chain

Location: Dhaka
Educational Qualification: BBA or equivalent from any reputed University.
Experience: 2-3 years (s) experience in import, commercial, and supply chain.
Job Nature: Full Time
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Assist to fill up the L/C form and submit to Bank.
- Arrange all supporting papers/ documents to enclose with L/C.
- To submit relevant documents/ papers to make amendments in L/C if required.
- To collect endorsed Nonnegotiable/Original documents through the bank to release import consignment
- Performing ERP-related tasks for the Supply Chain department on a regular basis.
- Preparing different suppliers’ yearly performance appraisals.
- To collect the bill of entries from the C&F agent.
- Analysis of monthly sales reports and preparing the import plan.
- To submit a bill of entries to the bank.
- Perform and participate in ISO and SH&E-related activities for the Supply Chain department.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Working experience in SAP & ERP implementation
- Sound Knowledge of computer application
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strategic thinking, team player, strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of customers to apply business requirements.
- Willingness to travel around the country and work in a professional manner
Salary: Negotiable
