Job Description

  • Ensure the quality of materials received met the requirement and is according to the specifications.
  • Check physical existence of material in the stock room according to a/c 100/1.
  • Deliver materials to the Production department according to prescription.
  • Maintain lowest possible level of dead stock.
  • Maintain neat and cleanliness in storage area for materials and sequence of similar or allied items in the racks keeping conformity.
  • Make plans for materials against freezing according to their category.
  • Efficiently manage 3rd party warehouse & vendors, vehicle & labor.
  • Ensure daily stock reconciliation and circulate the correct stock and requirement to the all key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with sales, merchandising, procurement, production, ABU, MIS, Finance, VAT to ensure the smooth Logistics operations.
  • Ensure daily monitoring, management & control slow-moving & aged merchandise remove from the CDC & warehouse to coordinate with merchandising & Procurement
  • Educational Requirements:
  • Business Graduate/ MBA
