About the job
The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
• Analyzing data and preparing reports & presentations for Managing Director/Country Head.
• Maintain inter-departmental & external communication and co-ordination.
• Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
• Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations and actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Follow-up special projects by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models
• Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group
• Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
•Maintain inter-departmental & external communication and co-ordination
•Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
•Assist Managing Director in day-to-day activities including appointments, meetings, communication etc.
•Make travel arrangements and perform liaison duties with related stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- 5 to 7 years experience in relevant field
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- Strong in analysis and attention to detail
