Job Responsibilities

The Bank is looking for young and dynamic candidates to enroll in the Entry Level Training Scheme of the Bank for a period of 18 months for on the job Training in all areas of Banking. Upon successful completion of the ‘On the Job’ Training the Trainee Executive may be absorbed in the Permanent Cadre. However, Trainees who exhibit exceptional performances may have the training period shortened and an early absorption may be rewarded

Compensation & Other Benefits

• The Trainee Executive will be entitled to receive a Gross Training Allowance of Tk. 28,000/- per month during the Training period. Upon successful completion of the Training the Trainees may be absorbed in the Permanent Cadre of the Bank at the Grade of Officer and will be entitled to the regular salary along with the other admissible benefits as per the Policy of the Bank.
