About our MT Program
Our MT Program is designed to develop incumbent with complete knowledge of Banking Business and operations. You will get exposure in different functions of the Bank. Our vision is to nurture you as future leaders of the Bank.
What Qualifications You have to Meet
- MBM/MBA/Masters in any discipline from any recognized Public/Private/ Foreign University.
- At least 3 (three) 1. Class/Division or its equivalent CGPA with no 3. Class/Division in entire academic record.
- Minimum”5 B”in 0-Level and”2 B”in A-Level (in case of English Medium Students).
- Only published results are acceptable
Age:
- Not exceeding 30 (thirty) years as on last date of application
- Maximum age limit for descendants of Freedom Fighter/Martyr Freedom Fighter is 32 (thirty-two) years.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Positive Attitude and Desire to Learn
- Effective Communication Skill
- Strong Knowledge on Computer
What We Offer
- 2 (two) years’Development Program Monthly Consolidated Salary of BDT 45,000.00 during the Devdopmen
- On successful completion of Development Program, MTs’ will be directly absorbed as Executive Officer under regular pay scale with Monthly Gross Salary of BDT 62,000.00 and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy.
Your Commitment
- You are required to sign an Indemnity
- Bond to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years.
- Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
